What is your association with GE?

Parts Super Center was originally a department of GE Supply and was developed into its own business when Rexel Holdings acquired GE Supply and rebranded it as Gexpro. PSC is licensed by GE to continue providing new product using original GE drawings, keeping your install base operating efficiently and safely.

 

How do I apply a tax exemption for my online order?

Just send us a copy of your tax exemption form to sales@pscparts.com and reference it in the notes when placing your online order. All orders go through a review and taxes will be removed from your final total before charging your account, once your tax exempt status is verified. If your account is already tied to a tax exempt form, it will be automatically applied to your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do require some additional information to process quotes and orders than for domestic shipping. Please send inquiries for quotes and orders requiring international shipping to pscexports@pscparts.com.


What is the cutoff time for shipping NDA orders?

To be applicable for next day air, orders must be received by 4:00 PM eastern time.

 

How do I place an order?

We have several options for ordering, whichever suits your needs. You can:

1) order from our online shop of over 125,000 part numbers,

2) contact our sales team and product experts directly at sales@pscparts.com,

3) speak with our sales team live through our chat window, or

4) speak with our sales team over the phone at 888-977-4763.

 

How do I get a price for an order?

Prices for items listed on our online shop can be viewed once logged in to your account. If you need pricing for a custom order, please contact our sales team at sales@pscparts.com, through our live chat window or by calling 888-977-4763.

 

I am placing an online order to invoice my company account, but it's asking for a credit card. Why?

It's possible that your online account may need to be linked to your company's account. Please contact us at sales@pscparts.com, through our web chat window or at 888-977-4763 to resolve it.

 

The GE part I need is obsolete; can you help?

Of course! We supply several replacement parts and are licensed to reproduce new parts built to original GE specifications. If you can't find the replacement part you need on our online shop, please contact us at sales@pscparts.com, through our web chat window or call us at 888-977-4763 with your part details and our product experts will find a suitable solution.

 

How can I get an update on my order status?

While this will be an available feature soon, our online shop does not currently have an option to show that, but we are happy to retrieve this information in the meantime. What GE products/lines do you support?

We supply GE industrial products: motors, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and industrial drives and controls. We stock original GE brands and have a library of GE drawings and specifications to reference for custom orders and recreations. We do not support GE appliances or retail goods.

 

Do you supply GE appliance parts?

We do not support GE appliance parts, but you can contact GE Appliances directly for assistance at 877-959-8688 or visit them online at https://www.geappliances.com/.

 

Do you offer same-day shipping?

If we have the parts in stock, and the shipping is domestic, we can have your order ready to ship the same day if it is placed by 5:00 PM eastern time.

 

If I don't have a part number, what information do you need to identify the correct part?

The easiest way for us to identify the correct replacement part is with the equipment nameplate information and a brief part description or photo. If there is no nameplate, please contact us directly at sales@pscparts.com, through our web chat window, or call us at 888-997-4763 and we will determine the information needed. Our product experts have years of experience identifying parts and answering product questions.
