GE Oil-Filled Fused Cutouts

GE oil-filled fused cutouts can provide safe and economical over-current protection and load-break operation on distribution systems. They serve as both a disconnect switch, as well as a low voltage protective device.

Vented oil cutouts are used for indoor, or weather-tight outdoor applications. They should not be used in explosive/flammable environments or where extreme water conditions are experienced, such as subways or manholes.

Sealed oil cutouts are used for extreme outdoor applications, such as explosive/flammable environments, possible water submission, or underground.
